We can print any garment, Sweaters, vests, aprons, tote bags. Anything flat will be considered.
What inks are the Garments Printed with?
T-Shirts are screen printed using Plastisol ink, which is like a rubber when dry, and is totally wash, fade, and weather proof.
How many colours can i have in my design?
Each colour takes a new screen, up to 6 colours, each additional colour involves a fresh screen set up and possible ink cost.
What brand of T-Shirt do you print on?
If you want to specify a brand then that is fine, but normally we will print onto Gildan, which are a good all round, and popular t-shirt blank. What colour T-Shirt do you have? We will purchase the tee's based on your order spec, but ordinarily we will print onto Gildan, and the colour chart is available here. Please note that certain colours on the colour chart are not available in the UK. For a more specific colour, please contact us and we will do our best to find it.
What size T-Shirts can you print on?
From tiny children's tee's to girls sizes, to mens 6XL. Can i mix sizes and colours in my order? Yes you can have a mix of colours and sizes.
Can you print on the back/neck/sleeve?
We can print at any location on the t-shirt.
What finishing touches do you offer?
We can print a logo and size inside the neck of the garment, and remove the original label for an extra charge, We can screen print or digitally print swing tags, and attach them with string, or ribbon, at an extra charge. We can fold and pack each T-Shirt into a clear bag for a small extra charge.
How long is your turn around?
We try to complete the order within 7-10 working days, if you have a deadline then get in touch and we can see if it is possible to meet.
How much is delivery?
Free for all 10/30/50 t-shirt deals. £10 for up to 50 T-Shirts, £20 for 100, larger quantites will be quoted. We ship using UPS or Collect+ couriers.
What format should i provide my artwork in? Large format, vector files are best, we can accept .AI and PDF, .PS if separated into layers. High quality JPEG, or if the artwork is not Vector, 300dpi minimum. An auto-trace service can be provided for free for lower quality images, but may slightly alter the artwork.
Why are the sizes slightly different to those ordered?
One of the facts you can't escape from with screen printing is there's inevitably going to be some defected or misprinted shirts during a print run. This could be print related, or problems with the shirt, either way we over order stock to compensate for these potential problems. Occasionally we don't have enough spare tees in a particular size for replacements, especially for smaller orders. If you have a shirt missing, more than likely you will have an extra shirt in another size. If not, send us an email & we'll look into it for you.
Why are there shirts missing from my order?
Due to the nature of screen printing there is often a % defect rate. This is due to either problems with the garment itself, or due to misprints. This can be between 10% - 2% depending on quantity ordered (the larger the order, the lower the defect rate). Although we do order additional stock to compensate, there can sometimes still be additional defected shirts. Please contact us if there are any issues and we will either attempt to print the shirt, if the screens are still available, or credit you for the missing shirt(s)
Terms and Conditions
All contracted business is with Ng Press. Communication by email or text is legally binding, therefore an acceptance of quotation or of finished artwork is the customers’ responsibility.
DELIVERY
Any short deliveries must be notified to Ng Press immediately and in writing within 3 days. Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery. Delivery charges are shown at time of quotation and agreed at customers’ confirmation of order. Delivery will be by courier 24 or 48.
Any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.
Delivery dates and provided deadlines cannot be amended or bought forward once invoice has been accepted.

Special urgent deliveries can often be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges. Delivery dates given are estimated unless specifically agreed as part of your quotation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of a complaint, you should inform Ng Press immediately and in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Upon agreement
with Ng Press, the goods should then be returned and reasonable postage costs will be borne by Ng Press. Goods will be replaced should the
complaint be found valid. Goods that are not faulty and were customised to the agreed specification cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customised goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect fitting, or if goods have been worn or washed.
LIABILITY
Ng Press tries to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is correct and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error free.
Ng Press does not accept liability for any errors and omissions either in any quotation or website material and reserves the right to change
information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

ARTWORK
Ng Press will not reproduce any unlicensed copyrighted material from any source. The persons supplying any artwork should ensure that it is original
or that they have permission to reproduce it.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
The customer is required to approve any artwork we produce prior to printing. Any errors subsequently found relating to the artwork are the responsibility
of the client.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any data stored by Ng Press is kept in accordance with the Data protection act 1998.
Ng Press does not sell or pass on data to any third parties.
Ng Press does not store sensitive personal details.
